Muscle development, balance, posture improvement , joint flexibility, maintenance and restoration of physical functions… Together, at your own pace, we can achieve your goals!

Classical Danse

Ballet is development of amplitudes and precision work, guided from the sequence of the steps doing multiple usage of the space, of dynamics and contrasts.

The course approaches the technique at the barre as much as at the centre in a way that the students will understand the technical terms and the gestures in a more natural way.

Floor Barre

The class is for students who already have bases in dance and want to improve their technique but also for anyone interested in getting into shape. Floor barre is inspired from ballet and is a combination of a simple warmup with exercises designed to improve body stabilisation and stretch.

This course develops muscle toning and flexibility. The elongated positions protect from joint injuries and also correct body alignment and inner muscles.

Ballet Fitness

Ballet Fitness is a new upcoming method of training. Imagine a training programme combining ballet and fitness. An activity that is capable to tone the entire body.

Exercises done in different intensities, performed at the barre or/and at the floor in a lively musical atmosphere. An explosive unique mix of training, ballet, yoga and stretching for a healthy, sculpted and balanced body.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of strengthening the deep muscles responsible for posture. These deep muscles compose the core, which lie between the ribs and the pelvis, and all around the spine (abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles). They are the energy centre of the body, which allows you to be stronger and more stable. Pilates is also a discipline that allows you to improve your awareness of your strengths and limits in order to utilise your body better.

Pilates classes are suitable for everyone because even when the exercises are demanding, they are neither excessive nor damaging for the body. Thus, women and men, athletes or not, elderly, injured or recovering, stressed, tired individuals, suffering from stiffness, pregnant women or women who have just given birth can practice Pilates because this method is progressive (in case of doubt, do not hesitate to seek the advice of a health professional). The exercises can be adapted according to the level, the needs of each individual, and the possible pathologies.

Progressive Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students’ technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels. The program helps with injury prevention and rehabilitation and enhances the ability of athletes to perform at their best.

PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body with a gradual approach of carefully designed exercises and repetitions of these exercises that trigger their muscle memory. PBT is not only a program to improve technique in ballet dancers, it is now being appreciated and incorporated in training by all forms of dancers, athletes, physiotherapists and even footballers!
